These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Woman’s Guide website (the “Site”), any digital products (eBooks, worksheets, audio files) you purchase (“Products”), and any related services or events (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By visiting thewomans.guide or purchasing any Products or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.
1.2 If you are using our Site or purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or purchase Products.
2.2 By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Registration & Account Security
3.1 Certain features (e.g., purchases, downloads, and account-based content) require you to create an account (“Account”). When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for any activity under your Account.
3.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Purchasing Products and Services
4.1 All prices for Products and Services are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already submitted.
4.2 When you place an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide. We use PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details.
4.3 By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Access
5.1 All digital Products (eBooks in PDF and EPUB format, worksheets, audio files) are delivered instantly via download links.
5.2 Download links expire within thirty (30) days of purchase. It is your responsibility to save a copy of your digital Product before links expire. We are not obligated to reissue expired download links.
5.3 Your license to use the digital Product is personal, non-transferable, and only for your individual, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Product.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
6.2 If you encounter any technical issues preventing you from downloading or using your Product, please contact [email protected]e within seven (7) days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
6.3 For live events or coaching services (if applicable), cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event date for a full refund, minus any third-party transaction fees. No refunds will be given after that period.
7. Licenses & Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, videos, digital downloads, and software—is our property or our licensors’ property and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 When you purchase a digital Product, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or any Product without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law (e.g., fair use).
7.4 “THE WOMAN’S GUIDE,” and all associated logos are registered trademarks of The Woman’s Guide. You may not use these marks without our written permission.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
8.1 You agree not to:
a) Use the Site or Products for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
b) Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code;
c) Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s servers or networks;
d) Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site;
e) Sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, Products, or Services for commercial gain;
f) Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Site or any Content;
g) Share your Account credentials or allow unauthorized access to paid or member‐only content;
h) Post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, or infringing content via comments, emails, or any interactive features;
i) Attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or copy protection measures.

16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of Products will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

16.3 Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, you and The Woman’s Guide agree to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.
19. Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Woman’s Guide regarding the Site, Products, and Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
